Recently Yvonne, Ikky and Vincent all attended an important selling course run by Robin Fielder of LDL, entitled Close that Sale.

 

"Sales techniques change all the time," says Vincent. "We need to keep ourselves up to date with current practice as today much more emphasis is placed on customer relationships and selling as a team."
