SONO-WZ Concrete Sensor

The SONO-WZ Concrete Sensor from IMKO, Germany, is a water and cement analyzer for fresh concrete. The SONO-WZ is an onsite instrument that gives fast, accurate results within 1 or 2 minutes of testing. It defines the water content and W/C-value of fresh concrete immediately, for an instant assessment of the quality of the concrete.

The quality of fresh concrete is significant for the stability and lifetime of concrete buildings. Previously, to determine the quality of concrete, a sample had to be dried and then tested, a cumbersome and time-consuming process.
