Who will be managing the Van Walt New Zealand operation?

September 11, 2012

Who is up for the challenge of establishing and spreading the word about Van Walt groundwater monitoring and environmental equipment to rent and buy in New Zealand?

Our man on the ground – Dirk van Walt.

Dirk moved to New Zealand seven years ago and made it his home by marrying a local girl, building his own house and starting a family.  Dirk, a master craftsman in joinery and with a real passion for engineering has had the environment in his blood for ever – why else choose New Zealand to live?

He has recently spent an extensive period in the UK training and learning the processes and procedures we have in place to successfully manage a busy equipment rental operation.  His skills now include equipment maintenance, calibration and repairs, particularly around water quality meters, water level loggers, pumps, PIDS and samplers.

If you want a chat with Dirk about what’s on offer in New Zealand either call him on +64 (0)3443 5326 or email salesnz@vanwalt.com.
