What makes a product a premium one?

They will have characteristics of excellence exceeding that of other products. Yearly, each product will be audited and re-assessed and revalidated as a premium product for the following year. They will all have and will need to meet the following criteria:

• Technical support for life
• Enhanced product training of our staff to very advanced levels
• Enhanced QC to meet very stringent requirements
• Availability of additional, free, product training for our customers
• They meet our longevity expectations and a “cost of ownership” of at least 5-7 years
• For products not designed or manufactured by Van Walt, there are some additional requirements
  • Regular meetings, online or in-person with the supplier
  • Annual performance review of the supplier
  • Yearly visit to the supplier in order to review their facilities and compliance to the relevant certifications or certificates.
