vanwaltDataHub: A data-logger with power and flexibility

I was instructed not to make this boring. As if!

And yet I just have to say how immensely proud I was finally to hold our newest product, the vanwaltDataHub, in my hands.

Strange how a relatively small but heavy black box can be so exciting and I really want to extol its virtues in the greatest detail but I’m told that you can read this on our fact sheets on our website: (link to vanwalt)

The vanwaltDataHub is the vastly upgraded version of our current telemetric solution which has been successfully deployed over many continents over the last 4 years. It was conceived in house, the design is ours and so are also all the specifications; the intellectual property is ours and it is being manufactured for us in the UK by a local company.

It has taken 9 months, from the first concept to the production units and we are so very pleased with the results.

And, just as an interlude, but also in case I’ve managed to bore you after all, yet still on the subject of pride, the following video,  (https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/watch?v=uE6XEYkhjik&feature=youtu.be ) about Majuli in Assam, India,  one of the oldest continuously inhabited river islands in the world, discusses the inhabitants taking pride in their community and in their heritage and the suggestion that it is that which will motivate the people into looking after the environment.

I know that pride is not a very British attribute but sometimes it becomes a sentiment that cannot be ignored.
