Summer is the silly season – not!

In the UK and in some other places, the silly season is the period lasting for a few summer months typified by more frivolous behaviour while the sun is shining and our summer holidays are calling! Yet, at Van Walt we want to assure you – we’re still here and ready to help in whatever way we can!

If it’s still business as usual as far as your site work is concerned or if time is of the essence to complete your job – call us. We have rental equipment – from pumps to meters – ready to be despatched for next day delivery. Most of our augers and peat probes are available from stock plus our range of water level loggers. We always pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service and just because the sun is shining (sort of) you can be confident – we’re here to help.

What we can’t control though is the couriers or the holidays of some of our suppliers but that’s why we prepare for summer by holding stock and asking you – if you want next day delivery – place your order by 2.30 pm – 3pm latest. That way we can ensure the equipment is calibrated and prepared in time for our courier pick-up for your next day delivery to site.

Job done, so now, relax and enjoy your summer!
