We don’t like to stand still. Our rental operation in New Zealand is now open and new equipment is in the pipeline for both the UK and New Zealand. Change is good, change is exciting and has given us the opportunity to strengthen and develop our team.
We have taken on new staff to support and better manage our UK rental operation. We have trained a dedicated water quality meter specialist, Gary House who is available to deal with any issues surrounding the operation, calibration, maintenance and auditing of these instruments. We have two people highly skilled in data retrieval and Lewis Irvine, who has spent a considerable amount of time in Holland and probably knows more about Diver Water Level Loggers than anyone else outside of Schlumberger Water Services! He is on hand to troubleshoot any logger issues.
Our back office sales support and accounting administration has been reinforced so we can be more efficient when dealing with your courier issuess, invoicing queries and processing your orders – a team on-hand to deal with whatever you throw at us.
Yvonne Coonan, who has more years’ experience than she is prepared to admit to, is an expert in soil moisture measurement and TDR systems; sediment sampling techniques and percussion drilling routines. She regularly provides onsite training on window sampling sets all over the Europe. Vincent van Walt, is an authority on all aspects of groundwater monitoring and he regularly presents and trains on the subject. You can talk to either of these at any time for advice and support on any equipment – just call us on 01428 661 660.
Finally Ikky, a stalwart of the Van Walt team for almost seven years knows more about you, our customers, than the rest of us put together! She is celebrated in the office for remembering everyone and everything, she is the font of all knowledge when it comes to finding the right equipment, specialising in soil and groundwater research – what she doesn’t know about an auger, is not worth knowing! Go directly to Ikky for all your quotes, whether you are looking to buy or rent – she can’t wait to hear from you.
