The sad loss of a much loved Uncle and preparations for the funeral, cancelling holiday flights and arranging the Wake – nothing can be done or claimed without a copy of the Death Certificate.
And, just this week, here at Van Walt our ISO audit. The piece of paper that confirms we passed serves to validates our commitment to customer service through better processes, audit trails, customer feedback, staff training and development. At Van Walt we recognise that the ISO certificate that represents our accreditation means much more than a just a piece of paper – well done to everyone in the business that helps make this happen.
