Why rent environmental monitoring equipment?

Because we know what it’s like to be out onsite where time is of the essence and you need to deliver accurate results to your client we maintain our equipment to ensure it delivers you immediate performance. One examination we carry out is a post rental calibration report on every water quality meter. Why is this important? Well it is a reassurance for us and for you that the readings you have just completed and reported on are accurate, it validates your data.

Another reason why renting equipment is a good idea is that it is a cost effective solution to acquiring the latest, the best equipment in its class without the need to make a capital purchase.  All our rental prices are extremely competitive and we don’t charge for items in transit.

And when you are pitching for business you need to be competitive so that’s why we offer rental period options from 2-Day Express to ‘however long you need it and discounts if you rent items for more than five weeks or if you take two or more items a ‘bundle discount’ applies.

So is it difficult to set up an account to rent equipment form us? Not really. We ask for two trade references, set up an account for you plus we ask you to sign our rental agreement, a copy of which can be found here.  And to help make it even simpler we can offer a third party collection service so once you have used the equipment just give us a call and we will arrange collection of the equipment to return it to us.

So you know the equipment will work (all our water quality meters are delivered with a calibration certificate), all solutions, batteries, cables, chargers etc. are included in the rental and every item is delivered in a protective case to keep it safe in transit and onsite. Quick start guides are included with every item in case you have never used this type of equipment before but should you need a little more assistance we are always available to help online, by phone or onsite, if you need us.
