It’s just over 18 months since we officially launched our Service & Repair facility specifically set-up to reduce downtime in the field whenever your equipment fails or breaks-down or simply needs servicing.
Depending on the type of equipment you send us, our routine service may include cleaning, spares inventory, battery testing, PAT test and calibration (compliance certificates issued). In addition we offer fault diagnosis for water quality meters (and repair if required); pump circuit board replacements and pump front plate leak repairs – you name it we will do everything we can to sort it for you. In addition, we can also offer data retrieval from the Diver range of water level loggers.
What’s more we will provide feedback on any faults, a quote for the cost of any repairs, parts replacements or purchase of new equipment, if that’s what’s required. You just need to complete our online form and we will get back to you.
And who, at Van Walt, is busy delivering this service? Well, in addition to Lewis and Tom we now have Gary House and Bill Dean ensuring your equipment is registered, repaired and returned to you as soon as possible. Managing the smooth running of the operation is Yvonne Coonan – whose idea of a good time is analysing the paperwork and processes to ensure no mistakes are made and no items are omitted! Beware anyone who doesn’t record an item coming in and the date our customer requires its return!
