The MP1’s back in Town

April 24, 2017

“Spread the word around. Guess who’s back in town” **

The MP1 Pump is back for sale and in our rental fleet! This updated submersible pump is now available exclusively from Van Walt in all our main markets and is the perfect groundwater sampling pump for deeper wells.

The MP 1 is the ultimate 2” submersible electric impeller driven pump for purging and sampling monitoring wells up to a depth of 90 metres. The pump controller can be configured in either 110V or 230V and a suitcase generator is available with our rental packages (maximum 2 kVA, approximately 70 metres).

The MP1 can be used for groundwater sampling, either high or low flow, of deep wells but shouldn’t be used if the water is high in (suspended) sediments.

The MP1 is controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to give precise and smooth control of water flow from 0.1 litres per minute to 34 litres per minute (rated at 100cm)

If you already have an MP1 pump we offer a full overhaul, inspection and repair service, individually priced depending on what is required, plus a full list of recommended parts to upgrade your pump to the latest specifications. For a limited period to the end of June 2017 we will even discount our initial £75 inspection fee if you go ahead with the complete repair/replace package. Prefer to rent? A complete set, including generator and VFD for just £195 for any rental longer than 6 weeks.
