Renting remediation, soil and groundwater monitoring equipment is a growing part of our business - but we want to get better. So we recently sent, to all our rental customers, a questionnaire asking for feedback on our rental product range and service. We were delighted with the number and quality of the responses - highlighting the positives and some areas where there is 'room for improvement'.
As a result we are in the process of:
- expanding our rental fleet
- improving our delivery process
- looking at shorter and longer rental periods
- providing more equipment demonstrations.
These things can take time to implement but we are well on our way to making improvements. As ever, your input has been invaluable - thank you.
