Training the environmental practitioners of the future
In November we ran yet another successful training course. We had delegates from as far a field as Plymouth, Dublin and Glasgow.
Feedback from the course included:
- An exceptionally well-structured course
- Highly recommended
- Three days well spent!
Participants were particularly complimentary about Maurice Hensen's bio-remediation module and we have already taken reservations from a number of participants for our 2008 courses - so now is the time to let us know if you wish to attend.
Due to the popularity of our training we have increased the number of courses next year to four - 9, 10, 11 July 2008 (Fully Subscribed); 17, 18 & 19 September 2008 and 19, 20 & 21 November 2008.
We have also improved the course by integrating two modules and introducing a new section on risk assessment, so the new course will consist of:
- Groundwater Monitoring for Environmental Research - Approx. 14 hours
- Risk Assessment for Environmental Research - Approx. 2 hours
- Conventional Remediation of Contaminated Sites - Approx. 1 hour
- Biological Remediation of Contaminated Sites - Approx. 7 hours
We are also delighted that we have been able to maintain the same pricing for all these four modules at 2006 prices.
Full details are available here. There are also discounts available for two or more members of staff from the same organisation, talk to us for details and a synopsis of the course.
