Pastures new for Lulu!
Many of you will remember Lulu Yang - Lulu spent two happy years supporting the marketing function at Van Walt while studying for her BA (Hons) in Business Studies at Portsmouth University.
During that period Lulu helped develop the website, she managed several of our customer feedback programmes and set up the Rental Equipment Division of Van Walt. Lulu was fundamentally involved in implementing the e-sense system to make it truly 'plug and play' by writing the manuals and quick start guides. In addition, after visiting the USA Lulu instigated our Quality Management processes and techniques for rental equipment.
"I hope the time Lulu spent with us was as productive for her as it was for us," says Vincent, managing director. "After Lulu's dissertation - An exploration of business-to-business relationship marketing - we certainly learnt a lot more about our customers!"
Lulu graduated with a 2.1 from Portsmouth and is currently busy looking for the right career opportunity in marketing - we wish her the best of luck!
