What Van Walt does best?

September 14, 2015

As we continue to be fully immersed into our third year of business at Van Walt in Wanaka, New Zealand, we have come to reflect and focus on what has, so far, been the key to our success in such a short timeframe.

Opening a branch in New Zealand, meant that we have been fortunate enough to utilise all the knowledge and expertise gained over the past 30 years in the UK as well as adopt and further develop the company’s core values and ethics.

Our primary focus, of course, is to provide high quality environmental research equipment to our customers. Our aim is to ensure the right and most appropriate equipment reaches you on time and is ready to go. In-house we certify that the equipment is calibrated and working correctly to ensure you get the best and most accurate results. It is the attention to detail, superior customer service and being prepared to go that extra mile that sets us apart from our competitors and ensures our customers return to Van Walt for their specific equipment needs. Our repeat and loyal customers know that we can reliably deliver the equipment needed for their ground work both on time and to the desired destination, wherever that is in New Zealand.

So to conclude, Van Walt NZ is part of a larger group, and the small and friendly Wanaka based team, still share the strong core service levels and values. Like our larger parent we too specialise in both the rentals and sales market for groundwater and soil sampling. We have the knowledge, understanding and expertise to be your first point of call for all your environmental research equipment needs. We sincerely thank you, our customers, for your support so far for our New Zealand venture and look forward to working with even more of you over the coming months.
